I like orange. I think the main reason it’s my favourite is because the Chicago Bears NFL team is blue and orange, and I liked that because orange is not a very traditional sporting-uniform colour. But teams these days have all sorts of crazy colours, like my AFL team, Port Power, have teal. I didn’t even know what colour teal was when they announced that! So. Orange it is. 🙂
My colour would be red. It is a primary colour, catches attention, and encourages energy. It also is the colour for the Queensland Reds, Queensland Maroons (which is a shade of red), and Brisbane Broncos (which is also maroon). Even my company’s logo is red… (though I didn’t choose the company to work for based on the colour of the logo).
I like turquoise as it reminds me of the sea. I got interested in marine biology through investigating rock pools around Sydney and this progressed to becoming interested in where fish and marine animals came from. It’s funny as the reefs i now study are actually red (the limestone is stained with iron).
Turquoise is also a relaxing colour – it just feels peaceful
Blue, easily. I went to UCLA as an undergrad and became a bit obsessed with school spirit. So any shade of blue, and in combination with gold (UCLA colors) make me a happy person.

White is the coolest color, because it contains all other colors of light. I do like blue though.
